A native Torontonian, Andrea Marcus was first drawn to
sculptureās exciting potential for expression while attending
classes at the Ontario College of Art. Subsequent studies
at York University Fine Arts reinforced a natural talent,
refined her technique ö and led ultimately to several
well received local shows.
Recently, her sculpture entries have been exhibited with
prominence at several leading Canadian galleries. Commissioned
special projects are also increasing, notable among them
for the Treasurer of Ontario. On the horizon, by invitation
with the Printemps Salon, Club des Arts du Centre de Paris,
which is a major international showing.
Mrs. Marcus is a member of the Ontario Society of Artists
and the Sculpture Society of Canada.
